Returns

Because our products are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers, return eligibility may vary depending on the product and supplier policies.

• Some items may not be eligible for returns.
• Eligible items may be returned within a supplier-approved return window, typically, 30 days after delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition unless otherwise stated.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please note:

• Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Restocking fees may apply depending on the supplier.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit where applicable.

Please allow several business days for refunds to appear depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing status. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure above.
